Why I Feel I'm Different Than Most Trainers:
With over 17 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide range of environments and with all ages—from hospitals and wellness centers in a more therapeutic type setting to fitness centers and one-on-one in-home care.
This diverse background has shaped my approach to training, emphasizing what I believe to be the most essential modalities in achieving optimal physical wellness for all bodies: functional fitness and resistance training. My programs are designed to improve movement, build strength, and enhance overall well-being, helping clients live stronger, more capable lives—regardless of age or ability.

2. Strong Start Package: 1 90-minute initial consultation + 10 additional 60 minute training sessions | $742

Partner Training Options: (price listed per person)
