I’m not your typical wellness presenter. Before transitioning into the holistic wellness space, I spent years as a criminal investigator. I was constantly overworked, overwhelmed, and unaware of my own stress levels— until I was forced to develop new habits that helped me calm my mind and regulate my nervous system. Over time, my new routine brought me a sense of balance, allowing me to recognize and manage my stress in the moment – before letting it get out of control.
