Essential You: The Integrated Wellness Package

The Essential You option offers a personalized and holistic approach to your wellness journey. Your custom program is crafted specifically to fit your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. To help you achieve genuine, lasting well-being, my programs center around four key pillars:


  1. Physical – Nurturing your body with movement, balanced nutrition, restorative rest, and healing techniques.
  2. Mental – Cultivating clarity, focus, and inner calm through mindfulness, mindset shifts, gentle energy work, and practices that nurture your spiritual well-being.
  3. Emotional – Developing emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive, compassionate relationship with yourself and your experiences.
  4. Social – Creating meaningful connections, enhancing communication skills, and cultivating a supportive community.


Each program is tailored to your individual needs and goals, so pricing may vary based on the options and additional support you select.


I also offer a range of à la carte services that you can add to your package to focus more deeply on specific areas aligned with your personal wellness goals.


We’ll go over all the details during our initial consultation call, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect and how we can work together to support your wellness journey.

The Process:

Prior to us working together, you’ll reach out to schedule your free 15-minute consultation call to make sure we’re a good fit. If we’re a match, here are the next steps: 


  1. Complete your wellness intake form and submit back to me -  Your intake form will provide me with all the information I need prior to our initial consultation. You want to be as detailed as possible on this form. The more information I have, the better I can help you achieve your goals.    
  2. Initial wellness consultation - this is where we get into the nitty gritty of your program needs. During the consultation, we’ll walk through your intake form together and discuss your wellness goals, current activity level, health history, equipment and any injuries or limitations, etc. I’ll give you an idea of how our appointments will look moving forward and make sure we’re both on the same page.
  3. I'll create your personalized wellness program - Each person is unique, shaped by their own life experiences, personal challenges, and strengths. That’s why I take your lifestyle into account to create a personalized program designed specifically for you—tailored to support your goals, your pace, and your journey. From here, we’ll schedule the rest of your sessions together and get you on the path to feeling better, fast!
