Lindsie Butler is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Speaker based in Denver, Colorado. Lindsie's practice focuses on helping people identify what’s been holding them back from becoming their most authentic, balanced, and connected selves.
After nearly twenty years of guiding people toward better physical health through exercise and nutrition, Lindsie now takes a holistic, integrated approach to mind–body wellness that honors the whole person, beyond just the physical.
Inspired by her own healing journey - from stressed and burned out to clear, calm and balanced - Lindsie now guides clients in developing deeper body awareness by introducing practices that encourage slowing down, quieting the mind, and connecting with what’s happening beneath the surface.
Whether in group sessions, private classes, or one-on-one consultations, Lindsie creates a safe, grounding space that fosters deep relaxation and supports both physical and emotional healing. Her integrative approach empowers clients to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and cultivate lasting well-being from the inside out.

"I recently went to a workshop lead by Lindsie and honestly, she was great. She was super welcoming and clearly knew what she was talking about. The workshop had three parts: a talk on stress, some meditation, and then Reiki. During the meditation, we did some breathing exercises that really helped me feel more relaxed. Reiki came at the end, and even though I'm not spiritual at all, it was a calming experience and felt more like a continuation of the meditation, which was nice. Overall, it was a really good session with some helpful tricks and tips."
